CARL DEXTER
Carl Dexter began his experience in real estate as foreclosure specialist in 1980 buying his first home the conventional way at the age of 20 where credit, employment history, and 2 years of tax returns were necessary. Today, with over 30 years of being involved in pre-foreclosures, he has experienced just about every imaginable real estate transaction.
After completing and participating in hundreds of real estate transactions consisting of probates, substandard properties, assignments of value and/or interest, bankruptcies, acquisition of abstract judgement liens and/or junior mortgages, short sales, and surplus funds; the Pre-Foreclosure Dragnet system was created. Carl stands by the belief that knowledge is power and it is time to share this knowledge with others to benefit their lives.
